Dental Crowns and Bridges in Cambridge, MA

At Cambridgeport Dental, we craft custom crowns and bridges using advanced materials and modern technology to restore your smile’s strength and aesthetics. Crowns protect and reinforce weakened or damaged teeth, while bridges fill gaps left by missing teeth to restore function and prevent shifting.

Our crowns and bridges are made from high-quality porcelain or ceramic, ensuring a natural appearance and lasting durability. Each restoration is custom-designed to complement your bite, enhance comfort and support long-term oral health.

01.

Process

  • Initial consultation: We begin with a comprehensive exam, digital imaging and a discussion of your treatment goals to develop a personalized plan.
  • Tooth preparation: The tooth (or adjacent teeth, for bridges) is reshaped to ensure a secure, natural fit.
  • Impressions & temporaries: Digital impressions are used to design your custom restoration. In many cases, CEREC in-office milling allows for same-day crown fabrication and placement; otherwise, a temporary crown or bridge will protect your tooth while the final restoration is crafted.
  • Final placement: Once ready, your new crown or bridge is securely placed and adjusted for comfort, bite alignment and aesthetics.

02.

Next Steps

  • Follow-up care: We’ll schedule a quick follow-up to check your restoration’s fit and function.
  • Maintenance: With proper brushing, flossing and routine visits, your crown or bridge can last for many years. Our team is always available to answer questions, make adjustments and help you maintain a strong, confident smile.
