  • How do I schedule my appointment?

    Scheduling your appointment is easy! You can call our office at 617-876-8734 or use the link below to book online through our secure scheduling portal. We’re happy to help you find a time that fits your schedule, and we welcome same-day appointments when available.

  • Does your office take walk-ins?

    Yes! We do our best to accommodate walk-in patients whenever possible. However, to minimize wait times and ensure that you receive prompt care, we recommend calling ahead at 617-876-8734 or scheduling online before you arrive. If you’re experiencing a dental emergency, our team will make every effort to see you the same day.

  • Does your office accept Medicaid?

    No, our office does not currently accept Medicaid. However, we offer several flexible payment options, including most major dental insurance plans, third-party financing through CareCredit and Cherry, and our in-house Savers Membership Plan, which provides affordable access to preventative care and discounts on additional treatments. Our team is happy to help you find the best option for your needs.

  • Where do I park?

    Metered street parking is available along Magazine Street and nearby side streets, and several public parking garages are within a short walk of our office. However, our convenient location just steps from the Central Square T stop makes public transit one of the easiest ways to reach us.

  • What type of financial support or payment plans do you offer?

    Because we believe that high-quality care should be accessible to everyone regardless of insurance coverage, our Savers Membership Plan provides members with affordable preventative care and discounts on additional treatments.

    We also provide an additional 20% student discount and flexible financing options through CareCredit and Cherry. Our team is happy to help you choose the payment option that best fits your needs and budget.

  • How early should I get to my appointment?

    We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early for your appointment to allow time for public transit or parking and check-in.

  • What hours is your office open?

    Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We’re closed on Fridays and weekends, as well as major holidays including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (and the day after), and Christmas Day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, we observe it on the designated weekday.

  • Does your dental office treat children?

    Yes! Cambridgeport Dental welcomes patients of all ages, including children. Our friendly, family-oriented team creates a relaxed environment that helps kids feel comfortable and confident during their visits. We provide gentle preventative care — including cleanings, exams, sealants and fluoride treatments — to help young patients build healthy dental habits that last a lifetime.
